Le Roi - 11x14 limited edition print

This print was created during my artist residency in France in November 2024.

Here you see the king in red, riding an Amphisbean (a two-headed serpent of greek legend). The beast was inspired by a motif in the architecture at the castle I stayed in during my residency, and the lance and armour of the king is inspired by things found around the residency grounds.

This 11x14 limited print run of 25 is printed on matte-coated 14lb cover stock.
